Spring Concert Info ~ Monday, May 8

All Archway Trivium West Concerts and Art Walk will be held on Monday, May 8. Please see below for your grade-level schedule:

Kinder – 1st Grade Concert – 8:15 AM (students should arrive to their classroom in concert wear by 8 AM, but may bring a uniform to change into, if desired). Kindergarten & 1st Grade families are invited to stay for the Art Walk immediately following the concert.

2nd-3rd Grade Concert – 5:30 PM (students arrive at 5pm and report to their classrooms). 2nd and 3rd Grade families are invited to enjoy the Art Walk before the concert from 4:30-5:30 PM.

4th-5th Grade Concert – 6:45 PM (students arrive at 6:15pm and report to their classrooms). 4th & 5th Grade families are invited to enjoy the Art Walk immediately following the concert until 8 PM.

Music concerts are an important part of our curriculum at a Archway Trivium West. All students are required to attend their grade level concert as a part of their grade for the semester. We kindly ask that parents do not leave the gym before the end of the concert as a courtesy to our student performers. Archway Trivium West Concert Wear (from 2016-17 Family Handbook, page 51)

Concert Dress Concert dress is white and black. Boys wear a white collared shirt, black dress slacks and black socks and dress shoes. Girls wear a white blouse with a black skirt or black dress slacks and black dress shoes. Girls may wear black tights or socks, or they may be barefoot in their dress shoes. A modest black dress is acceptable as well. Dress and skirt length must be modest (no shorter than the uniform skirt). Open-toed shoes and reasonable heels (up to 1”max.) are permitted.
